Dive into your feminine in this Wild Woman Beltane retreat on May 7

Plant Medicine Woman, Superfood Alchemist, and Mentor Juliette Bryant is hosting a two-day Wild Woman Beltane retreat in Newmarket.

What is Beltane?

According to the BBC, “Beltane is a Celtic word which means ‘fires of Bel’ (Bel was a Celtic deity). It is a fire festival that celebrates the coming of summer and the fertility of the coming year.

Celtic festivals often tied in with the needs of the community. In springtime, at the beginning of the farming calendar, everybody would be hoping for a fruitful year for their families and fields.”

In essence, Beltane is an opportunity for us to celebrate the abundance that mother earth provides.
To relish the rebirth and the awaking of nature.

It is also the perfect time of the year to look into our inner selves and appreciate our humanity and kindness.

While welcoming the new, a greater self emerges, fertile with ideas and power to help us reassess our lives and choices.

May is the month for new beginnings. It is a testimony that, just as in our natural environment, harmony in our world comes through the collaboration of the forces that nurture it.
