New organic, vegan and gluten-free superfoods just launched in the UK

Daniele Siro, founder and CEO of Pasta Plant, has one goal, to make ‘Italian food truly healthy.’ With a long history of pasta-making tradition behind them, the London-based food tech startup has engineered a new way of combining organic superfoods into pasta. PASTA PLANT comprises legumes, greens, root vegetables, seeds, and cereals, is certified organic, gluten-free, vegan friendly, and packed with protein.

The product can be paired with any sauce, just as one would with traditional pasta.

There are currently two product lines; the PROSPER line is made with a unique selection of a hundred percent organic and gluten-free ingredients with added vitamins, minerals, and Omega 3. The second product, PROACTIVE, is designed for high protein and low carbohydrates diets made again with a hundred percent organic and gluten-free ingredients to support intense activities.
