One of the UK’s biggest annual vegan festivals – VegfestUK – makes its return to Olympia London. With around 370 stalls including many new vegan brands, 20 featured areas and around 150 speakers all under one roof at Olympia West & Central Levels 1, 2 and 3 there is an amazing selection of features for everyone.
The 2018 event attracted around 280 exhibitors, around 150 speakers and around 14,000 attendees over 2 days. With the sharp rise of interest in vegan lifestyles in recent years, expect another blockbuster show at this year’s event.
Features at the event
Visitors can look forward to a wide range of activities across the weekend with something for everybody – each entry ticket includes access to all talks, cookery demos, panels and live music sessions at the show.
VGN Climate Change Summit (Sunday) – a comprehensive look at the various issues on climate change from a vegan perspective, hosted by VGN
Wildlife Summit (Sunday) – looking at wildlife protection from a vegan perspective, hosted by Animal Aid
Animal Rebellion summit – conferences, panels, speeches and debates on climate change, featuring some of the leading individuals behind the Extinction Rebellion movement
Animal Rights & Activism – examining the history of animal rights and some of the tactics employed in defence of animals
VGN News room (Saturday) – talks and panels on veganism as a wider social justice issue, hosted by VGN
Vegan Activists Support (Saturday) – suggestions and advice on preventing common activists symptoms such as burnout (physical, mental and emotional) and isolation for budding vegan activists

New Vegans Support (Sunday) – tips and advice on staying vegan and enjoying a vegan way of life, with answers to FAQ’s on veganism
320 exhibitors – packed with the latest vegan products from a large number of categories, with show specials available at many of them
Vegan Food Village – delectable array of international vegan cuisine from 25 globally inspired caterers
Foodies Stage – live music and entertainment right next to the Vegan Food Village
Vivo Life Fitness – talks and panels curated and hosted by a number of ambassadors of Vivo Life, producers of 100% plant-based health and fitness products
Strength & Endurance – extensive look at achieving optimal fitness in both strength and endurance without the use of animal products
The Art of Compassion Project Exhibition – a series of thought-provoking art posters and exhibits dedicated to veganism and animal rights, with sales proceeds going to Hunt Saboteurs Association
Holistic Health Hub – a variety of topics on turbo-charging your health on a plant-based diet from a holistic point of view
Cookery Demos – a series of inventive vegan chefs showcasing how best to get the best out of our everyday plant-based ingredients
Plant Based Health – Plant-Based Health Professionals UK will be selecting and hosting a team of expert speakers on topics surrounding plant-based health and nutrition
Veganic Growing – talks on agroecology; permaculture; home growing and community living, providing practical advice on creating abundance while working with nature, hosted by Vegan Organic Network
Natural Therapy Zone – new feature playing host to 50 stalls packed with products and info on natural health and wellbeing
Lifestyle presentations – wide selection of topics on veganism including beauty, clothing, mental health, business startups, transitioning into veganism, eco-lifestyles etc.
Yogific Yoga Zone – A series of stimulating and rejuvenating sessions including yoga, tai chi, qi gong and meditation, hosted by Yogific
Rainbow Yoga – dynamic yoga classes tailored to families with kids, hosted by Rainbow Yoga
Kids Theatre & Storytelling – a number of book readings featuring a variety of children’s books in relation to the vegan way of life from Vegan Publishers, alongside vegetable entertainment from Madame Zucchini
VeggieVision Speed Dating – light-hearted mingling and speed-dating sessions between like-minded people
LGBTQplus Socials – hosted by Fat Gay Vegan
Chillout Music – with some great meditative tunes to help you unwind within the Natural Therapy Zone
